Refund policy
At New Horizons Islamabad, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Print Products (Books & Physical Materials)
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the invoice/shipment date.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless:
- The book was defective, or
- The wrong item was shipped by New Horizons.
- Once the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
2. Digital Products (E-books, Online Subscriptions, Courses)
- Non-refundable once the account is activated or the product has been accessed.
- Please review all product details before purchasing digital items.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Email us at m.amin@newhorizons.pk with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
