Refund policy

At New Horizons Islamabad, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Print Products (Books & Physical Materials)

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the invoice/shipment date.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless:
    • The book was defective, or
    • The wrong item was shipped by New Horizons.
  • Once the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Digital Products (E-books, Online Subscriptions, Courses)

  • Non-refundable once the account is activated or the product has been accessed.
  • Please review all product details before purchasing digital items.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at m.amin@newhorizons.pk with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
